CPU MINING RTM
In this video I’m going over the newest launch of the cpuminer-gr model 1.2.2 in home windows 10 in addition to manually updating HiveOS as they nonetheless haven’t up to date it them self.

how the fk do i connect to the 011data pool? theres zero info on how to connect in the website lol
I dont have it in bat file but exe. did i dowonload something wrong ?
How can we know that full tune complete ….rtm mining
Where are you puling the Bat file? I downloaded the last two version of the miner and don't have the ability to 'edit' when right clicking the Zen 3 application file in order to use my wallet/pool settings, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
How do I set the CPU fan speed in cpuminer-opt in Hive?
Boss! what about the 1.2.3 version ?? thanks!
Hey I saw your previous video on setting an OC for the cpu in bios. Since I’ll be using hiveos. U said u set 36 all core n voltage 1 for 3900x. What settings do you run for a 5900x?
2nd question. If you run a gpu along side a cpu miner, will the gpu miner affect hashrate & does both the cpu & gpu mining at the same time causes any type of overheating or system overload or anything like that or is safe. I noticed your cpu miners r all gpuless lol
Hey Rabid appreciate the content! Quick question though… What exchange are you using for putting your RTM into and why? I've mainly used centralized exchanges like coinbase so any advice on an exchange for rtm and what method do you get from uncentralized exchange to centralized exchange would be much appreciated!
Rabid!!! Yes was looking to add CPU mining to my game and this is where i am starting. Gonna try this after work or later this week. Was debating XMR or RTM
I updated the hiveos to its latest version and from then my worker is not working please help and I think many of them are facing same issue
hiveos just came out with 1.2.2 when you upgrade it will not work.do you know a work around?
"Error installing hive-miners-cpuminer-opt-gr " im having this message… what i have done wrong ? lol
something went wrong with mine screwed my entire hive up. went thru issues with people on the RTM discord and come to find i can no longer use hive on this rig now because files for 1.9 gr are just plan gone (new image wont fix it either). theirs a thread started on hiveos i guess some other people have had this issue.
What pool are you using? I am in europe. Any suggestions what pool to use, currently using rplant pool but i think i am not getring correct hash rate and payout according to my hiveos hash rate. Cheers
hello, i cant download cpuminerr gr 1.1.9 in hiveos, so i cant update to 1.2.2
How you doing? hope all is well? Ive just run a LOAD of benchmarks on windows 10. with a E3-1226-v3 Xeon in an lga 1150 motherboard. its a four core part with 8 megs cache. i tried one stick of 4gb 1066ram and then 16gb of very high quality 1600mhz ddr3 low latency ram in dual mode. literally ZERO difference when i run the 1.18 and 1.2.2 benchmark. so the old haswell stuff doesnt need good ram for raptoreum. im confident that result will be the same on haswell I5s and I3s and i7s . IMO dont waste ram on those lga1150 boards. the test hashrate was 470 . now it gets interesting, in most bioses you have "turbo boost" and "enhanced turbo boost" – they were disabled – i enabled them and got 1.1.8 and 1.2.2 benchmark up to 505 hashes. when i get to our mining premises in birmingham uk – im gonna check the bios of ALL our h81 probtc and make sure the turbo boost and enhanced turbo boost are enabled. i know there are different bioses for those asrock mining boards – i think some do have these turbo boost options and some dont. i know that ryzens ARE affected by ram settings although for me ONE stick at say 3200 with fabric clock locked (at 1600) is within a whisker of two sticks . im not seeing any difference between 1.1.8 and 1.2.2 on the old haswell boards. the dev guy is very familiar with V3 stuff (he has a load of dual server V3 cpus) and i think he optimised the mining code really well for them earlier this year. its hard to find gains. thats not to say there are not any gains but he seems to have been making them on the sexy new 5000 series cpus. but i like the 1.2.2 miner cos it has the failover option – if your gonna use it i would failover to a different continent . eg rplant eu option 1 and rplant russia option 2 . or suprnova EU option 1 and suprnova new york option 2. im not seeing a problem connnecting to the further away mining pools. ps i love the new mining pool options that are coming on line. best wishes.
Also, please talk about the changes in the new miner 1.2.2 vs the older ones. Thank you for the update
I get this error
cp: cannot create regular file '/hive/miners/cpuminer-opt/gr/1.1.9/cpuminer-avx2-sha': Text file busy
It will be fun to manual update to 1.2.2 if my cpu farm has 100 rigs on hiveos. 😆
I just got my 3900x CPU mining thanks to you. I have a 3700x but not sure how to overclock. Do I just use same OC settings in your tutorial for the 3900x will work with 3700X?
I really gotta get on this HiveOS train.
no retune 🙂 …yesssss
Worked like a charm, Your the man!!!!
I had the crashes on the miner, thought it was my computer turns out it was the miner. Now have to update the miner
